A valid point, but the OP was asking about bullying dims!
Other posties can instigate a lot of the bullying, RM managers doing their jobs properly SHOULD do their utmost to prevent it. My point is do RM really want to appoint managers with good, fair man management skills? or appoint one solely focused on cost savings, with a free hand to achieve that purpose by any means possible, while enjoying a nice bonus for their efforts.

Karma always comes back to haunt bullies . Weve so much ppl stressed or off with stress now its the worst its been. The atmospheres awful in our office now , arguements everywhere . Hate the place now .

Bullying and harassing staff is part of management culture in Royal Mail, worse than ever now as the screws clearly involve shop floor workers in their schemes to 'improve performance'. Great job, horrid company. I particularly have noted lately the wildly changing moods of linos depending on whether I have been a good person or bad person according to the booking of overtime, or cutting off. They wish us all to be their slaves, not human beings with a differing opinion.
