Long service vouchers,which do I contact as I havn't received them and I don't believe my manager has checked up for me .

Does anyone know who to contact to recive your awards ? as there is no longer any info available for employees within Royalmail system any longer .

my thirty years was in January, I finally received a silver badge and a letter about the rewards/vouchers in march.

As far as I know you should receive a letter with a link to a website where you choose what reward you want yourself so nothing to do with your manager, I'd guess the most popular one being vouchers.

My manager is a wimp and scared of rocking the boat .Iv worked in the llandeilo office for 30 yrs and received a badge and nothing else,disgraceful.

As above ,I worked in an MC and was handed a letter by shift manager giving details of website
which as it turned out i couldn't log on to,used the phone number that came with the letter and
it took a number of calls to actually get some one to answer the phone.Once i made contact with
the company that deals with these awards it was no problem £ 250 worth of vouchers arrived a
couple of days later by 1st class mail.

My 25 years is coming up.Will I be due vouchers for 25 or am I being overly optimistic?!
