I am not a great fan of this concept. The rewards for providing leads are far from easy to achieve and the figures bandied around for payments so far, appear to be very dubious. This old chestnut bit the dust quite some time ago and I would have preferred it not to have been raised from the ashes.

I'm sure i read in there that one guy got about 100 leads or similiar to that! :nervous ;liar

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Sent in a lead and got 1000 points. That bags me 2 seriously outdated DVDs or 5 year old platinum PS2 games. Erm, thanks, Royal Mail :dance

I've submitteed loads of leads to now avail, ive got about £120 so far.

They keep coming up for reasons not to pay out, eg this company already has an account manager, we have passed the details across to him and he will reap the benefits, shame hes not doing his job as the companiy is still posting via a competitor.

Regards

Is this "watch & win" thing still active? On my induction day that's all they went on about, then never heard of it since, sure it's still on the PDA? Unless it's been dropped for the "Safe Driver" malarkey?

People in our depot that bothered to put leads in got screwed out of the payout, even had one customer cancel when the driver told him he didn’t see anything from it as “sales has already been in contact with them”.

It’s like they think drivers don’t even speak to customers.

The Ops Manager certainly didn't like it when most of us drivers put our new customer lead forms in the nearest bin stating that our job is hard enough as it is,with the new pdas keeping tabs on our work time, and highlighting the fact that Parcelforce employ a sales team to do exactly what they expect us to do,,
Would the sales team help us deliver and collect /,,no,,didn't think so,
