Rotational week off

Post by STEVEUK2010 »

I must be in one of the lucky offices then as 95% of our office is on the Hereford system.

We work 3 weeks of 6 days then have the 4th week off, I am on a 30 hour contract, so I do 40 hours each week for the 3 weeks then get paid for 30 as extra 10 hours go towards week off,

We all still love it as means with holiday we get 18 weeks off a year
