We've all seen those annoying doorbells that are linked to phones and have cameras installed. But what is good is that they prove you have actually rung the bell! What I don't like is the fact a customer with this type of doorbell tries to get you to deliver the item somewhere else at their sister's house or similar! Or they say can you sign go it? No! Haha but the solution is simple really. Maybe royal mail should invest in smart doorbells! Or add an app on the pda with a photo of your finger on the doorbell! I would love proving all these customers wrong who think we just post 739 cards!

I refuse to press those video door bells & cover the camera with my mail just incase it is recording.
