Holiday pay

Might seem like a daft question but if you are on a 25/30 hour contract do you get paid standard hours holiday pay? I was under the impression you got your 'normal pay' so any regular overtime over say a 12 week period you would get as well.

30 hour contract = 30 hours holiday pay, at least that's what I have been paid.
It would be nice if extra hours were fed into the equation as I do a lot

The union have been talking to RM about this issue for some time (some might say about 10 years too late) and are hoping to arrive at a negotiated settlement.
They are apparently taking test cases to tribunals to try and advance the matter.

No sadly just your contracted hours. I work lots of overtime every week but only 30 hours pay on holiday.
