Taking break in one go
Hi, I’m on a 30 hour contract and so I know I’m entitled to 30 minutes break a day. My question is, am I allowed to take this 30 minutes all in one go when out on delivery or do I have to split it in to two 15 minute breaks, one before I leave the yard and one out on delivery? Some posties have said that I can only have 15 minutes when I’m out but I’ve searched and I can’t find anything formal saying I can’t take it all in one go. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Taking break in one go
I'd quite like to know where we stand on this too. we finish on a break & are supposed to have a 10 min break before we leave the yard but seeing as that's usually only 20 min after my start time I don't bother but I usually have a 20min break half way round to have my sandwiches. Worked with a different guy the other day & he seemed shocked that I was having a break. I pity the poor fool that tries stop me eating my food!!!!
