Nice - what did you do on your first day(s). Did you go out to post anything or have you just been training to sort post to start with?

I got in early so helped sort out the post then went out. The training as been good. Just finished day 3 and I've been mostly on my own now

Are you on a 30 hour contract?

I read on here that if you are 'part time' you don't have to do any sorting? just bag everything up that someone has already sorted for you?

From my interview I got the impression that I would be sorting my round.

It's nice to hear that its going well so far. I've got my induction tomorrow so I'm hoping my first week is as positive as yours.

Yes I am but I've been getting in a bit early and they are still sorting the mail. I find it's helped me on the round because I know what's in the bags

So you just watch them sort? do you do any sorting yourself?
