I’m thinking in the currant climate with bullying, lapsing and staff shortages, that there’s bigger things to worry about, just do what works works for you,let them moan and groan if they want,we all know the one size fits all way of working doesn’t suit everyone or every office,as long as they all go by the end of the week, some will be conscientious and do there share, others won’t give a stuff and will bin them,

And some of the comments just in this thread alone is what is wrong with this whole site and the RM in general.

Too many arseholes who seem to think they should do the minimum for the pay 6:30-14:30 and only work 5 hours of that.

If those of you who have been employed by RM for over 15-20 years, if it’s that bad go out and get another job rather than whinging every day. For unskilled work, it’s decent money and a piece of piss, even if it’s not like the 3 hours a day you used to work.

But I’ll guarantee you won’t leave, but continue whining and mouthing off without doing anything, because you’ll last 5 minutes in a real job in the real world.

There are some proper genuine people on this forum and make valid posts, ask questions, support new employees. There are too many who are just negative clowns.

And TrueBlueTerrier, please delete my account as I’m done with the moaning on this forum.

Any one still got a copy of the courier which in the letters page they stated that they where trying warm deliveries? Meaning throw off all your D2D deliver where you had mail clear them by the end of the week? We’ve just had a propaganda meeting(WTLL) and the dim has said 1/6 a day or you get extra IPS time!

The phg persob usually puts them in the frame for us. Since shorter working week there isn’t actually time for doing it, it’s not right but it works for now

We got given a royal mail leaflet on d2d last week where it stated that our customers 'love' d2d! I would say they love slamming the green bin lids after we are further up the road more.

Can't see that happening as it worked in our favour and prove they're not as popular as RM propaganda woukd have you believe.

I've had two people this week who loved chasing after me and waving the d2ds with outrage like it was nazi propoganda I'd just dropped through their letterboxes.

Slamming it into their bins with a scowl wasn't enough for them, only waving it angrily in my face would suffice.

Still, it gave them some cardio I suppose, the feckless workshy salad dodgers.
Sooner or later, a beat dog bites.
