£10.25 p/hr plus £0.66 p/hr delivery supplement

Hourly rate increases after 6 months and 1 year:

Age 17 £7.97 + 6 months +12 months
Age 18+ £10.25 £10.82 £11.39

Depends on your area, in London a postman with driivng position is £12 starting rate then £12.50 after 6 months and £13 after one year. (This is probably because of London area though)
