only advice i can give is do the job by the book that way its difficult for you to get potted because old chiefy wants a pay rise

join the union straight away...even if it has 2 complete w*****s in charge and they have sold us down the river over the past few months..you still need to be in the union asap..that way the mangers cant lean on you and take the piss.
