Fact Finding Interview

Hi there, today a manager approached me asking if Thursday or Friday would suit better for a fact finding interview - at first thought nothing of it, but as the day went on I started to think a little more and have got myself into a bit of a panic. I’ve had no informal chat with any of the managers at my office and have no clue as to what I’m supposed to have done wrong, so I was just wondering if I am supposed to have been told, and if so, do I have a right to ask when I go back into work tomorrow.
