I admit the angle the manager at the end threw a parcel might potentially look bad but the rest of it is just normal sorting. We try not to put 'do not bend' items in the drop bags and if anything is marked and looks fragile we generally take more care. It's not like the videos of other companies sorting areas where large parcels are thrown and kicked around.

Our procedure for sorting parcels is throw 3m distance about 10cm from someones eyes because there is overcrowding in each seg area. After this you push down on the parcels to make york go lower and so crush the cardboard down. The yorks have a black soot and grease in as well as postbox weekend fast food residue to smear onto parcels for extra care and love. This is Bristol Mail Centres work plan going forward.
