I will.
The position that I got offered is 18 miles away so it's not too bad, it will take 30-40 mins to drive. I filled in my 5 yr work history and security search permission straight away so now it's just a waiting game.

I received my DVLA code request today and responded immediately.
I've also purchased a budget pair of walking shoes to start my practice walks.

Hi Kirstymoo
If you log in to your job profile and change the language option from English UK to English US it should show the job status as " waiting list".

One week ago I was fearing the worst as I only had one application left and only 2 weeks left on the waiting list. Today I'm over the moon to receive a conditional offer and a start date. My welcome day is on 18 March, starting the following day.
My application process, once receiving an offer, has been really quick and I can honestly say that my dealings with recruitment have been excellent. All my emails have had a swift response with queries answered in full.
Once again I would like to thank everyone for their support and for those going through the application process, I wish you the best of luck.

Hi guys, some great info on here for Royal Mail newbies btw good job!
I had an interview around the 17th January for a postie position and was put on the waiting list, since then I’ve applied for around 6 Positons in my local area, I’ve not completed the tests as the email told me not to and the application progress is saying in testing for all the positions I’ve applied for, they’ve been on that for 2 weeks ish, is this usual timing for a application? Also is there a good chance a job might be offered since being on the waiting list? Thanks in advance (:
