Assistance in the Customers forum - Containerisation
Containerisation is the new method of saying that the item has been scanned at the outward MC and placed in a bag or sleeve with a DUN note ready for despatch. The next scan should be at the inward MC. This system came out the middle to end of last year and only shows when using the internal tracking system.
