please tell me what this one plan is ?
anyway this should stop all the ghosting o/t and posties will have to work all there paid hours , but i cant see an issue in having to work all your paid hours like any other company .

The replacement for world class mail that you don't hear anything about anymore despite royal mail employing people to deploy it in all offices
The AHDC is a good thing for any office where posties are struggling to cope and will result in all work hours being paid for which often doesn't happen. Purely on this factor it may be that RM will shelve it probably for other reasons.
Of course if you work in a DO where all the walks are pretty short then AHDC isn't going to be good news for you.

Not really, it's easy enough to drag a small delivery out to anytime you want as plenty in my office prove everyday. Nothing gets said to them except when it's a very light day not to bother coming back early
