I've been off for 5mths and had a phone call with occupational health who said I'm fit to return to work on altered hours which I have agreed to. My manager phoned me today asking what they said and when I mentioned that I'd be back Monday she said the area manager doesn't want me back until I've had hospital tests which is another 6 weeks away.
Absolute joke. They've been giving me s**t for weeks about coming back and now I finally am they change the goal posts. What the f**k does an area manager now over a medical professional?
