I work in a mail centre and get £14.40 weekly PBS/ICS Supplement, but don't know what it's for, or whether it's pensionable (but I don't think it is).

I get £8, once a month. If your getting more than this think yourselves lucky, but remember RM will be after it soon. I'm surprised they don't steal the milk from our tea and come back for the sugar!

PBS, ICS whatever they are I don't get either so I think nobody should get them - unless they are consolidated then I want some.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I think the PBS supplement was given after successful introduction and implementation of SDD.

I though everyone got the same!

We get a Productivity Bonus (presumably that's what PBS means) of £46. I was under the impression that every full time Employee got the same. Why is there such a difference?!?!
I know that Drivers get much more. But they are on different wages anyway.

I think the PBS payment was as a result of the PBS Agreement which was agreed just before the Way Forward Agreement, and each office could recieve a percentage of savings made as a result of hourage saved, in that office.
