Annual leave .
The odd hours left over can be carried over and will likely be enough for another day off the following year. To be honest it's small beer compared to the amount of work completed for free across the whole year. Just a little bit more getting ****** over.

Annual leave .
Unless I am missing something. Annual Leave has always been calculated in days but as we know it changed over to hours from this tax year. However, for full timers the working week was reduced from 39 to 38 hours from October 2018....mid tax year. This means that everyone will have less annual leave hours left to take by the end of March this year than you think as any annual leave taken before October will have been deducted from your allowance at a higher hourly rate than from October. So for example, if you think you still have 5 days to take, this will only be around 3.something days now!

It changed over to hours a good few years ago now, it's just that most offices didn't bother doing it in hours. With all the computers being migrated to Windows 10, RM are probably retiring the Manpower program at the same timebarncopxx wrote:Unless I am missing something.
