Why is lapsing outdoor only?

Post by Woody Guthrie »

What do you think replacing full-time staff with part-timers actually means to the indoor work plan?

Full-time staff have been indoor lapsing since around 2003 and every time another full-time member is replaced by a part-timer we lapse some more.

Yeh, bang on !
How do they fill in the spare time accrued in their working day ?, considering they never work a full day EVER.
What became of the idea to have DOMs covering two offices? Savings do not seem to impact on their work loads or bonus system.
not being funny al take me cap off to our manager he does go out and deliver any lapsing that is left in and is still out when we all get back at 1350 . at xmas he was out in his car doing parcels even hahaha

A manager in our area was sacked for this, he fell over when doing a bit to clear the office, broke his arm, went off sick and bingo, when it suits they can have the book thrown at them.
