Christmas bonuses

Last year we received £200 in Christmas bonuses (pro rata dependent on your hours and where you stand with the two payments) , two payments of £100. I can't remember why they were spilt, but no worry.
However in the last pay negotiations there was talk of linking some or all of these bonuses to productivity.
I don't think this actually happened and they are due as usual.
Can any one remember about this and am I right?
Furthermore does any one know the payment date as we haven't heard yet, thanks.
