Hi everybody. This is my first post.
I've been reading the forum for a few months and have read a lot of useful information regarding the application process so firstly I'd like to thank all of those that have given helpful tips.
I started applying in the summer and on my fifth application I was lucky enough to get an interview. Luck was on my side again and I've been put on the waiting list.

Hi im also on the waiting list and yesterday apply for the first job but been unsuccessful. Do uou know the chances of getting the job through waiting list?

Hi RemoDel. From what I've read on this forum, the chances of getting a job from being on the waiting list is pretty are pretty high but I suppose that's dependent on the amount of posts in your area that you apply for and the amount of people already on the waiting list.

Still stalking website and we have redundancies happening at my current place of work so this would be an excellent time for a job to pop up for me to bag!!!

EEEEKKKK....just applied for a job and Im on waiting list!!!

Is it correct I do not need to do the online tests?

No you don't have to redo the tests if you are on the waiting list. You should of applied via the link the link they sent you in the email so it will flag up up are on the list. Good luck, 9 months in and I'm absolutely loving it even though it's xmas!

I dont have a link in an email. The only email I had was from when I was placed on the waiting list to say I was on the list and did not need to complete online tests or an interview for 3 months and to apply as normal

That's the same email that I received, no link. I haven't applied for any posts yet as none have been available in my local office and it would be nice to finish my present contract, doing parcel deliveries, that ends on the 31/12/2018.
