Want to swap for my walk? I thought I'd found a pound outside someones door. So had a quick look around, no one about so picks it up.
When I stood up I stepped backwards and trod on a bowl of milk put out for the cat. The bowl smashed and I got milk on my shoe and trouser leg.
Put the money in my pocket and made a quick exit. Got away with it I thought. Well the customer never said anything to me but to make matters worse when I emptied my pocket later on it wasn't a pound - it was a euro.

found twenty pounds
ONCE on a driveway next to owners car found £20 , knocked on the door gave it to him, saying this must be yours fallen out of pocket getting into / out of car
The past 6 years , since that day instead of a 5 pound xmas tip been getting £ 40
would of been different had I found it just laying in the street
