job offer / testing complete

Good Morning - a month ago I was interviewed at a local office and a week later I was called by recruitment to inform me I didn't get the job even though my interview was excellent and I did I want a job in another office local to me [ which was a few less hours ] I said yes to it and they told me they would be in touch - a month on and I have heard nothing - I have tried emailing the lady that phoned me from recruitment [ she doesn't reply ] and even called the office manager who knows nothing about it [ which I expected anyway ] my profile for the position states ' testing complete ' and hasn't moved on in weeks - it's kind of holding me back so I wondered if there is a point of contact - this was through royal mail not Angard - thanks for reading this and any help at all would be really appreciated - I found the recruitment contact side of things close to impossible and I've hit brick walls constantly

if you know how to do a google site search then could I suggest doing so on this section of the forum with something like "Recruitment email" it may bring up an email address you haven't used.

However Christmas is a very bust time of year for everyone at Royal Mail, sometimes they even use the office staff to help out, and they are currently processing 20,000 Christmas temps as well. It's probably just a case of them getting through the backlog.
