It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

For full details, ask your manager for a copy of the Flexible working policy and guide, available on the Policy and information site on PSP.

Hi, does anyone have a link to the special leave agreement, specifically regarding leave for Funerals, and how close a relative has to be for this not to have to incur having to use annual leave days.
The only document I could find on here did not mention this specific case.
Thanks!
