Surely at least 3 weeks with bank holidays in them are school holidays anyway? (End of May, Easter Friday week and Easter Monday week)

Exactly’ we have two weeks we work over our hours (Wednesday or a Thursday off) and 2 weeks under (we have Friday and Saturday off or Monday and Tuesday. off). Over 4 weeks it averages out.
So some guys picked all the weeks off with Wednesday or Thursday off. This has changed now so it’s calculated by hours and it’s national thing, or it’s should be
