They might be the two out of three Saddam says aren't up to the job.Shiggaddi wrote:I think the point most people are missing is in many places, we have a surplus of managers under the MTSF agreement. Would it not be logical to employ those instead.

Blimey, did that moron claim it was only two out of every three managers that weren't up for the job? ............. I didn't think it was as low as that !IWW Fellow Worker wrote:They might be the two out of three Saddam says aren't up to the job.Shiggaddi wrote:I think the point most people are missing is in many places, we have a surplus of managers under the MTSF agreement. We all know it's nearer 99.9%, but we also know how out of touch Saddam and Anal are.DirtyHarry wrote:Blimey, did that moron claim it was only two out of every three managers that weren't up for the job? ............. Experience of being a postman hasn't exactly been a roaring success, as these managers we have at the moment, who were once colleagues of ours, mitch wrote:i wonder if you need any experience of actually being a postman ?
seem more inclined to kiss the arses of their bosses than apply common sense approaches to our jobs.

Mediocre standards and business
Exactly !!2.2 what a laugh, most "normal" organisations wouldn't accept that ,that means you've dicked about for at least? a year , and only really "worked "in the last , any old discipline means Countdown studies from some crap polyversity .custard wrote:also note they want a minimum of 2:2 in any discipline
so anyone who scraped a pass mark will do,AKA if you degree is so poor in the field you studied then come and work for us
Not good enough to work as a AO for the Social or The Child Support Agency ? well come & work for Royal Failure as a manager , kiss ass & send posties to the social by twisting and distorting things with dodgy fit ups .
Seen all this before in a now botched privatised Industry and a now dissaffilated from New Liebour Union in the 90's , which says it all. There was some respect for managers that had time in , or at the worst they were b*****ds but industry men. Then there was a push towards graduates , smart Alecs, too clever by half or thick as two short ones , that could reel off the rulebook to throw at people and say what Area /Senior Mgt wanted to hear .
Cleaners were given Poor Performance Reviews for petty offences like taking brews on the night shift ,the work got done . That was a back door way of getting people through the door , staff were only allowed to put victimisation complaints to the union, only on stage 3 could they have representation. RM are planning something similar so watch out guys .
They moved one such graduate " Juicy Lucy" , there was a union bulletin about her being a familliar sight in the area in black, pointy hat & broomstick and giving the reps so much extra work and problems . You guys will get plenty of the same with Saddam's Proteges .

And two large arse pockets. One for the bonus they denied getting, and another for the sob stories when some postie with longer service than them tells them where to get off!jafferpants wrote:dont forget the trouser's must have elasticated waist's to to allow for the ever expanding gut!!!davidessex wrote:nobody mentioned the fact that you must have dreadful dress sense too. managers trousers can be bought ( buy one get one free) from the back page of a sunday paper tv guide or on the black and white advert section of the daily mail ect. on no account must your clothes match and you must convince the postal staff that you got dressed in the dark. if you turn up for work in a suit or looking remotely smart you will have postal staff thinking someone has died !

No, that's an old wives tale, mate.carthores wrote:this is news to me i thought that they bred managers in some out of town warehouse
Managers being vegetable matter, are grown in allotments owned by RM specifically for this purpose. Using only the very finest horse s**t, turnips are
planted, RM scientists having discovered that turnips are also a seed from which managers spring forth every Apr1st, planting usually begins in March
and after a few days a fully grown manager is produced. There's always one major flaw though, their brain, it only ever achieves that stage of developement enjoyed by our Neanderthal ancestors, knuckle dragging is also a predominate feature of the manager, and it's not just the females that
have these traits, the men share them also. There is good news however, anthropologists have claimed that 500 years from now, RM will be able to
produce managers who have entered the "Bronze age" stage of their evolution.

surplus in every respect
they get moved to so called militant offices , "firm but fair to discourage {more like encourage } unoffical IA " -to quote The Courier , RM are too tight fisted to pay them up or they are too tight fisted to take the money if offered , they're not exactly going to get headhunted or have the phone ringing from recruitment agencies . If they're put on "gardening leave" it just means even Royal Fail don't know what to do with them. But as long as the s** stays under the carpet.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:They might be the two out of three Saddam says aren't up to the job.Shiggaddi wrote:I think the point most people are missing is in many places, we have a surplus of managers under the MTSF agreement. There's deadwood staff in that category too but that's the surreal world of MC's .
