Xmas bonus 2018

I just got made up to full time 35 hours , do 35 hour contracts get a full time bonus ? just with lot of people on real full time contracts of 38 hours will there be a difference in amounts ?

It will probably still be PRO-RATA H22, but it's only 3 hours difference so shouldn't be too much. But RM will always try and save a couple of quid where they can, so don't be surprised when they do. Good idea to double check with the DOM though.
