Waiting too long to hear anything

Just wondering if anyone can help ? I have been offered a job (subject to security checks ) which was 3 weeks ago my on line profile swaps between in progress and EXT-NON-REF can anyone please explain what this means . Thanks in advance

Hi yes that would be good if you have one , it’s ls postcode (Leeds) .

I was the in the same boat. Offered job on the 8th, my DBS was sent off this morning. So now just waiting for that to clear. Hopefully you will hear soon they should ask for your DVLA code, took 1 day after that for them to send for DBS

Thanks samh , how do they ask for Dvla code by email ?
And how do you know they have sent your dbs check today ?

Thank you that’s very helpful . I emailed her yesterday but got a generic email back saying she was on annual leave, but at least I now have a phone number.
