Help....interview time

Cam someone calm me down and ensure me my interview is 10am monday as clocks go back and interview tine on email says 10am gmt.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ.
When booking your interview time slot you must ensure the device you are using matches Greenwich Meantime (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) depending on the time of year. If it doesn’t, you will need to take into consideration that your timeslot (when you select a slot and in your email confirmation) will reflect the time on your device and adjust your confirmed timeslot to reflect this. For example if your device time is an hour in front of Greenwich Meantime (GMT) and you book a slot for 11:00, your actual timeslot will be 10:00.

Im just checking I am correct thinking my interview time is 10 am and not 9am as I booked last week for 10 am but we are in BST
