Totally agree, thought there would have been a huge reply :sad: To get top managers or directors, we are told you have to offer a very well paid salary, but union rep, best to give nothing that way we get the best. :crazy:

The subs would probably end up that expensive the union would collapse and you'd end up with people doing it for totally the wrong reasons.
