Save your job for if you think i pay sub's my rep should defend my duty/job for their come's a time and that time is NOW!. WE ALL HAVE THE DUTY TO DEFEND OUR JOB'S IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILTY NOT THE UNION'S! FOR HOW CAN YOU DEFEND THE INDEFENSIBLE!. IE 1 COMING IN BEFORE START TIME 2 USEING CAR'S 3 NOT TAKEING YOUR MEAL/BREAK 4 RUNING ROUND CUTTING CORNER'S 5 OVERWEIGHT BAG'S. With all these thing's and other's your union rep cannot defend just do the job properly please for yor own sake before it is to late.

Good on you mate I do my job the old way the right way and I am out all of my time on the road best place to be OUT OF THE WAY! IF YOU SEE WHAT I MEAN

For you right until when/if flexibility rear's it's ugly head. for it is just not about one or a few it is about the many nay all doing there job's properly for they will come for every hour and minute of their time they are paying you.ANY TIME YOU SAVE WILL BE THEIR'S!.
