W T L / team talk.

Has any one had a W T L since the IA? we have not had any! any way when we get one it is only to fill out a have your say ect, so the lads in our W TL just post them back blank, and if you say i dont want to go the jaffers say you have to go, then if you ask for 1 they say "nothing to say this week" REMBER its our time.

The WTL should be in the work-plan so if they have nothing to say would they let you have a union discussion on "accepting" the deal.

WTL every week, its built into your shift except in December.Start demanding them as it is your time.

Put in a greivance against line manager stating refusal to give WTL session. Allow it to carry on for 3 weeks then ask Branch Sec to forward it to tribunal on grounds of discrimination. Stating others in the area have WTL why not you?
