In RM's words but they cant start before 6 because the mail wont be in the office because the lorries have to go slower if you come in before your time dont look to anybody for comfort when they stuff more on your walk!

made me laugh last week i was covering at another delivery office, and we wern't allowed 2 go out till 10.45. I thought hold on..im sure my office still goes out at 8.30, anyways i asked one of the workers about going out at daft oclock and he said the reason for them to go out so l8 is because sum1 said somthing the DUM didnt like lol, so this 1 person has been making everyone go out at daft 10.45. poor people..

If I went out at that time I'd never get the mail delivered, every round in our office is well over 4 and a half hours!!!

Most of the town walks are out by 10.15 now since the 6am starts were introduced. However some rurals are struggling to get back to office by 4.30 on really s**t days!!! :arrrghhh And boy have we had some of them recently

this is a copy of my 318...as you can see im not meant to be out on delivery till 10.35 but were being told to bag up for the drivers by 9am even with my meal relief im delivering by 9.50......this may be one of the reasons i have 20 trays of mailsort sitting under my frame.....have been asked to go back after my delivery and throw some off....but my arguement is you send me out early so its not my fault and when i have done my 3 half hours delivering im done for the day...you want my backlog cleared come up with an offer of serious docket....cant wait to go in tomorrow as it was my rest day and the day off cover is a lazy twat so i bet i have loads more to stockpile

OH YOU WONT GET ME IM PART OF THE UNION TILL THE DAY I DIE[/img]
