I think it was always going to be permanent. The trial was only there to make sure everything worked correctly through the Network. One thing they haven't or won't consider is a van to get the work delivered. Have to wait up to 2hours for the first unroadworthy skip to make it back to the office and then hope you don't break down out in the sticks in an area you don't know.Wild Rover wrote:Trial period is up in 2-3 weeks time. We have 3 x30 hr staff who have volunteered for the LAT duties they have been made temp FT, why wouldn't they sign up?
