Lol, it would be cool if you could nominate one of your posties as a leader, then vote him/her to take over the management. That would be a much easier solution

hello annoyed, and you have right to be so. The service you and everyone else in this country are used to has gone down hill (to coin a numpty management soundbite) at pace. I'm afraid it will continue to deteriorate for some time to come and that as TBT has already touched on is only one of the reasons we are fighting and will continue to fight. You should have received your parcel by now and the people to blame are management. They are the instigators of change that is destroying a once proud service that we posties are trying to defend. You seem to have picked up already what we are about, so spread the word friend, tell your mates what you now know. Every little helps!

A No Vote Means a chance of a Future.
A Yes Vote Means the Leighton/Crozier and the Government can have our Future.

The people running Or pretending to run this Business (doing there one or two days a week) our Parasite's living off of our blood and they are not going to stop untill our blood runs dry !!!

Absolute no . but why are these two stooges still in their elected positions, The 1ST objective of the union is to maintain and improve their members conditions, they have acted in direct contravention to this rule ,if we have no right of censure\discipline this union cannot be deemed Demoratic. Union officials should be mandated and any breach should be immediately enforceable. Or you end up with this charade

Had mine today - voted NO.

Read the brochure accompanying the ballot paper and wondered who had printed it - the CWU or Royal Mail. I don't want to bleat on and I know there are a number of issues but just to take one in isolation:

Efficient Summer Staffing - each unit will utilise the opportunity offered by reduced traffic to rearrange responsibilities during the summer period.
This will offer employees increased opportunity for leave during this period.

To say nothing of RMs opportunity of screwing you over and NOT employing additional staff for holiday cover.

Just how many f*cking hours do the pair of them think is in a single shift? They buy down hours, only employ part timers and then expect people to cover other shifts - christ they must live on another planet.

You have to think too that the said office will be down at least a person light for sorting etc.
