vote no!!hayes and co, to go......
I may get shot at for this but to have Royal Mail present, at least for some part of the meeting, is a good idea. At least they will get a sense of the feeling from the grass route posties who do the job from day to day, and not the opinion of Union Officers who have not done a posties job in years and who clearly do not understand the frustration some of us feel.
One of our biggest problems is that AL and AC see us all as militants and work shy, but in actual fact most of us are hard-working people who want to see Royal Mail succeed and want to work together to make the job worth doing. The biggest obstacle is they want profits and we want service neither are mutually exclusive but the way Royal Mail treat their work force is making it so.

Well if RM have an early indication of the grass roots feeling and it happens to be negative - it will just give them time to get ready for the next round of IA -don't you think?
