PDA actual times are being monitored for people finishing early. Once enough hours to cover delivery only, 4-5 throughout an entire office, are regularly shown to occur thanks to early finishers, another delivery will be lapsed!

You’re talking rubbish. So what about the people who finish late? How would they do more lapsing?

Your late today wrote:In our office only the postie collecting from boxes on their rounds have to scan that bar code to show they have brought the mail back in time for dispatch I’m lucky I haven’t any boxes to collect as they are done on an afternoon collection.
Yes I checked again with our DOM on that one. It is to confirm that postboxes on walks that are meant to be emptied on delivery are completed. All our walks have postboxes on them. I have nine on my walk but only four boxes have to be emptied Monday to Friday and all nine on Saturdays.

Given that PDA actuals data is not meant to be used against individuals the logical assumption is that walks will be lost and equal amounts of additional delivery would be added to all walks. It would arguably fairer to add additional work to faster posties but some would disagree. So many variables it is difficult to say how it will be worked out.

Using the PDA data to ensure everyone works all their paid hours is not " using the data against individuals"
The part of the agreement continually misquoted is it won't be used for conduct purposes. And it doesn't even say that.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Quick question, now, before PDA data is used, are overloaded deliveries expected to take lapsing?

Of course, yes, if they have time.
