Apply for 2 DO’s at the same time?

Hiya,
I am currently on the waiting list and two jobs at two different delivery offices have come on near me, I was wondering if you are allowed to apply for both at the same time?
I have been in the interview process before with one delivery office and whilst waiting to hear back I applied for another delivery office and was told I was unsuccessful because I was in the interview process for another office.

Also, when you apply do I definitely not have to complete the online tests when I’m on waiting list?

I’d apply for both if they are both near. You don’t do the test. Just do exactly what the email states (the waiting list email)
