I'm not in the job or related to it in any way, but I have an interest in 'how things work', so have a question (well, three actually!) to ask, if I may:
Under what circumstances would a driver based in Mail Center X deliver to a Distribution Office located in the delivery area of Mail Center Y?
How often would this type of delivery happen?
What job/profile/role/title would such a driver have?
