Pathetic frustrations. If so many people are unhappy why don't they get another job. Royal Mail is a good employer, but Royal Mail culture encourages laziness which many of the people on here are

Yes, your frustrations are pathetic, as are mine when you don't agree with them. However, your point has been covered many times on here, but go on I'll encourage more laziness and reiterate a position that some people have. People only bother complaining about a job they either like and want to improve, or they see where improvements can be made and voice their frustrations when they hit intransigence and lethargy. People who really dislike the job usually leave fairly sharpish and have little interest in posting on here.

So with all the respect you are due, you have it arse about face in my pathetic opinion.
