How is this arguement over London Wieghting help us win a NO Vote?
Not once on the picket line did I hear anyone talk about this allowance.
Money, Flexibility, Pensions, job losses and managemernt bullying tactics were what got people to stand with me.
We should be argueing for a higher basic wage for all of us, cleaners, counters and MDEC, not attacking each others allowances.

I get TPM and NDA; will you be after that next? While you're at it why not attack sick and holiday pay as well.

Put your efforts into building a NO Vote, don't waste time and energy. This time we are fighting the management AND the new labour sycophants & defeatists at the top.
