Pensions de coupled from deal. Like hell they are

Post by G4GYJ »

Just been listning to a leaked recording of a confrence call from the south and south west. Quote "A yes vote is a vote for pension reform" This deal is no different from the deal that was on the table before we all took industrial action. Yet again I say it is CRAP. If this comes in we will all be f--ked from here to kingdom come for the rest of our working lives. A question was asked surrounding the collapsing of 6 walks into 5. The DOM was saying that altho traffic may be lighter in the summer months posties still have to go to every door thus making the walk still around 31/2 hours, does this mean we will be asking delivery staff to be out for 4 to 41/2 hours. The reply was "yes if that what it takes"
It is quite clear to me that RM senior managers are rubbing their hands together. They are absolutly wetting themselves over the way that they have butt
f--ked us. ;liar ;liar ;liar ;liar ;liar

FOR THE SAKE OF OUR JOBS, FUTURE AND THE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET VOTE NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NONO

being screwed

Our old union rep successfully signed a piece of paper making our duties an average of 3.5 hours. Accident i know. Misguided i know. Now we are properly f#@ked there is an open average on it. Some days they'll expect us out for 4 hours plus. Bad bad bad bad bad news :cry

Just another thought on this collapsing and covering for s/l & a/l who's going to prep these walks, will not be us because we will still be on the IPS, with all these people down on the sorting it will take us twice as long. Be getting on our walk frames later which means we will be getting out later, getting back later so where the f--k is the time coming from to deliver the collapsed walks in our normal time. I think your right jafferpants it will be a very sickly summer.
No matter what the out come of the vote I will not be doing any extra work whatsoever, unless, of course I am paid overtime for it. :cfo :cfo :cfo :lfo :lfo :lfo :speak to the hand :speak to the hand :speak to the hand
