It can be a very frustrating experience when something gets misplaced in the post- but rarely does something as conspicuous as the moon go missing.
But that is the situation Bristol-based artist Luke Jerram finds himself in after the disappearance of seven metre orb he created which was on route to a festival in Austria.
Mr Jerram said the disappearance of the structure, called The Museum of the Moon, was 'really annoying and upsetting'.

Mr Jerram, told BBC News: 'It has huge implications for all these people who are looking forward to seeing this artwork, and they won't be able to as it's in some warehouse somewhere. We haven't got a spare.
'I hope TNT pull their finger out and try and find it.'
The giant artwork has been booked for a series of shows across Europe, so Mr Jerram will be hoping it can be found soon.
The Museum of the Moon is a giant orb presented in a number of different ways and also presented with different musical accompaniments.
The moon itself features detailed NASA imagery of the moon's surface.
Each centimetre of the internally lit moon represents five kilometres of the moon's surface.
The official website says: 'From the beginning of human history, the moon has acted as a ‘cultural mirror’ to our beliefs, understanding and ways of seeing.
'Over the centuries, the moon has been interpreted as a god and as a planet. It has been used as a timekeeper, calendar and to aid nighttime navigation.
'Throughout history the moon has inspired artists, poets, scientists, writers and musicians the world over.
Luke Jerram has taken to Twitter to try and get his moon back safely. He has tweeted a picture of the container (pictured) the moon was in
'The ethereal blue light cast by a full moon, the delicate crescent following the setting sun, or the mysterious dark side of the moon has evoked passion and exploration.
'Different cultures around the world have their own historical, cultural, scientific and religious relationships to the moon.
'Museum of the Moon allows us to observe and contemplate cultural similarities and differences around the world, and consider the latest moon science. Depending on where the artwork is presented, its meaning and interpretation will shift.'
Courier firm TNT said it is looking into the issue.
After the Olala Festival in Austria which starts on July 26 the moon was then heading onto other festivals in Canada, the Netherlands, Stoke on Trent, Hull, Grantham and Orkney.
Mr Jerram recently completed a replica earth version, showing how the planet looks from space.
