14 Applications and No Interview

Good afternoon all :)

For the past couple of months I have applied to a total of 14 postman/with driving roles within a ~45 minute drive and have yet to be offered an interview. The online sorting test is very easy so I don't think there is an issue there.

I was wondering if I would ever be able to receive feedback as to why I am not making it further in the recruitment process? I will happily complete another 30 applications if it means I will eventually get a chance, but I feel like the entire process is somewhat inefficient. I wonder how many other people are willing to complete the online tests 14 times?

Hi Lewis,

I don't believe you will get feedback but it won't hurt to ask.

Just out of interest, did you upload your CV? If not it might be worth doing.

To the royal mail job portal? Yep I attached it from the very first application so it has been attached to the other 13 too.
