B and h complaint in Monday.
Gather notes of dates times witnesses of all incidents. Keep a diary from now if you’re not already.
You’ll have a meeting where you put your point across. When they try and say it’s not bullying and wish to downgrade it as a grievance read the definition of bullying out from the dictionary. They must investigate.
Royal Mail take bullying seriously or at least they make it look like they do. Contact your branch.

I know of more than one manager that has been suspended for their behaviour so action can yield results, inaction gives a bad manager a sense of more power.

Look after yourself Arnold . B&H-zero tolerance; union backup ; due process ;rules and regulations ....all just words to cover arses , in reality they make it up to suit.
Log all details and be prepared to take the legal route.
Sorry if that's not comforting but you need to know.Good luck
Bye
