Please see attached Royal Mail Press Release ahead of next week’s joint annual RMG/CWU 2018 National ‘Dog Awareness Week’.

Bad dog attacks on CWU members continue and this remains a number one health and safety concern and priority issue and daily risk for our members. It therefore warrants CWU high priority and attention.

ASRs, Regional Health and Safety Forums, Branches and Delivery Office Reps may wish to reproduce the Press Release in order to communicate it to local press and media in the Branch postcode areas in order to maximize impact and coverage.
