Hi folks, bit of help required.Our shift manager is lapsing all the duties in our mail centre.He is putting all reserves on special duties.Is there any thing nationally agreed that he has to cover mech duties as they have tpm allowance, ie specialsed duties.

Yet another twat of a manager, getting toung out for mail centre manager to bend over. There failing a lot of times throughout the country but it's all about profit and screw any talk of public service. It's pathetic. :arrrghhh

Mech duties aren't specialist duties. Literally anyone who's been trained on them can work on them

Does the shift manager have to cover mech duties as there is an allowance on them.Shift manager in our MC is lapsing them and booking o/t to cover them.All reserves are being put on special duties,losing out on tpm.
