Sick Leave

Post by Modelino »

Hi all,
I've been sick for a while and doctors don't know what is. Months ago, because I couldn't do my route (problem with peripheral Nervous System) , my manager asked me to change my program, to start from 5 every morning, helping them with sorting and prep routes. After 1 month I collapsed at A&E hospital department in the morning time after one of my colleagues took me that morning. I'm still on medication that, some tine, makes me dizzy in the morning. I told my manager that I think is better for me to restart working and he told me to start again at 5.00 am helping with sorting and prep the route and try to do 1/4 of my route and to increase every week until I do all the route. After I tried to walk fast and longer distance than I do regularly, I find out that the initial problem is back and painful to walk on a speed pace and long distances.
So what options I have? What if I can't do it from 5.00 am as I was asked? What if I can't do my route again?

Thank you for all your help!
