Distance to DO

Does the distance to a delivery office affect your chances of being accepted for an interview?

Would a 45 minute/26 mile drive be a definite no? If put on a waiting list are more local DO's shown with jobs available?

It wouldn't be a definite No, but the business does prefer local posties just because they have a better chance of knowing the area they will be working in and the closer you are to work the more flexible they think you will be.
